What are the two advantages of using the function cbind() and rbind() over the function matrix() when creating matrices?

  1. You don’t need to pass it an input vector explicitly that is then converted to a matrix.
  2. You can put different vector types inside a matrix with cbind() and rbind().
  3. You don’t have to explicitly state the way in which the matrix has to be filled.
  4. You don’t need to pass parameters to either function.
